Thank you for visiting Dacaro Gallery. We create made-to-order wall art, and each piece is produced after your order is placed.
Order Processing and Production
Most Dacaro Gallery products are made to order. After your order is submitted, your artwork is sent into production.
Production times may vary depending on the product type, size, material, frame option, and order volume. Most orders are typically processed and produced within 3–7 business days before shipping.
During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume production times, production may take longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your delivery address, the product ordered, and the shipping method available at checkout.
Estimated shipping times are generally:

Shipping Costs

If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Dacaro Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once production or shipping has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, your local carrier office, or other members of your household. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help review the issue.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Made-to-Order Products
Because our artwork is made to order, production begins specifically for your purchase. For this reason, orders may not be cancelable once production has started.
